TOLL BROTHERS TO HOST BOAT SHOW, CELEBRATE NEW AMENITIES AT LAKE JULIANA ESTATES
PUBLIC EVENT WILL HIGHLIGHT WATER SKIING EXHIBITION

AAUBURNDALE, Fla. (Aug. 31, 2010) – Toll Brothers, the nation’s leading builder of luxury homes, will host a boat show on Saturday, Sept. 18, at its premier lakefront community of Lake Juliana Estates where the builder is celebrating the completion of a new private boat ramp and observation pier.
            “We are thrilled to celebrate the addition of these two important community amenities at Lake Juliana Estates,” said Toll Brothers Project Manager Brock Fanning.  “The new boat ramp will accommodate standard-size fishing and skiing boats and the observation pier is a great place for fishing, sunning or relaxing.  We encourage everyone to come to our boat show and experience the unique recreational setting our community offers.” 
            The public is invited to attend the Lake Juliana Estates boat show, which will take place from 11 a.m. to 3 p.m. on Sept. 18, and include food and entertainment the entire family will enjoy.  There will be a ribbon-cutting ceremony at noon with representatives from the Auburndale Chamber of Commerce.  At 1 p.m., there will be a water-skiing exhibition featuring professional water skier Lucky Lowe, a former national and world champion and American Water Ski Educational Foundation Hall of Fame inductee.  Participating boat and water sport vendors include Fun Bike Center, Houston Motors, Action Water Sports, Mastercraft, Dockside Solar, Marine Supply and The Ski Seat, among others. 
            Lake Juliana Estates is situated on two spring-fed lakes, Lake Juliana and Lake Tennessee, offering tranquil surroundings and a beautiful setting for water sports such as fishing, boating, skiing, kayaking and canoeing.  The new private boat ramp and observation pier are designed for residents enjoyment.  The observation pier also includes benches for peaceful relaxation.  Other planned community amenities include a resort-style swimming pool, cabana, community clubhouse, fitness center, and tennis and sports courts.
