TOLL BROTHERS HOSTING PRE-SEASON KICKOFF SALES EVENT AUGUST 22-30, OFFERING INCENTIVE PACKAGES AND PRIZES

ORLANDO, Florida -Toll Brothers, the nation's leading builder of luxury homes, will host the "Pre-Season Kickoff Sales Event" on Saturday, Aug. 22, through Sunday, Aug. 30, at its communities throughout Florida. Hours are from 10 a.m. to 8 p.m. Monday and 10 a.m. to 6 p.m. Tuesday through Sunday.

During this special promotion, everyone is invited to visit the communities and enjoy food, festivities, children's activities and a chance to win a four-pack of tickets to a Tampa Bay Buccaneers football game. There is no purchase necessary to enter. Homebuyers can also take part in a coin toss, where the flip of a coin will determine which spectacular indoor or outdoor options will be included in the purchase of a new Toll Brothers home at no extra cost.

"Our sales event is a great opportunity for homebuyers to purchase a new home and receive an amazing incentive package included at no additional cost," said Toll Brothers Central Florida Division President Ken Thirtyacre.

During the event, new homebuyers will receive a select package with indoor or outdoor upgrades and options included in the purchase of their home that would otherwise cost thousands of dollars. Specific option packages vary by community.
