TOLL BROTHERS NAMES BROCK FANNING PROJECT MANAGER OF RIVER OAKS AND WOODLAND TERRACE AT TIMBER SPRINGS

ORLANDO, Fla. (June 24, 2010) – Toll Brothers, the nation’s leading builder of luxury homes, announces the appointment of Brock Fanning as project manager of the company’s Central Florida communities of River Oaks and Woodland Terrace at Timber Springs.

"Brock brings extensive construction and management experience to our company and will add to the strength of our management team."

Fanning has more than 15 years of management experience in the public and private sector and 10 years of construction experience including commercial projects. He previously served as project manager for two Toll Brothers semi-custom residential communities in Southwest Florida. Fanning is a United States Green Building Council LEED accredited professional. He is a graduate of Georgetown University and also served as a lieutenant in the United State Navy.
