ORLANDO, Fla. (November XX, 2006) –Auburndale city officials and local residents gathered on the afternoon of Nov. 2 for the ground breaking celebration of Lake Juliana Estates, the new gated lakefront community in Polk County by the nation’s leading builder of luxury homes.
