TOLL BROTHERS NAMES KEN THIRTYACRE PRESIDENT OF COMPANY’S FLORIDA CENTRAL DIVISION

ORLANDO, Florida– Toll Brothers,the nation’s leading builder of luxury homes, has named Ken Thirtyacre to the position of president of the company’s Florida Central Division headquartered in Orlando. 

As division president, Thirtyacre is responsible for all of Toll Brothers’ operations in Central Florida, including land acquisition, land planning, project management, construction, marketing and sales.  Thirtyacre is currently president of Toll Brothers’ Florida West Division and will continue to serve in that capacity as well.  The Florida West Division is comprised of the markets on Florida’s west coast including Lee and Collier counties.

Thirtyacre began his career with Toll Brothers 12 years ago as a construction manager.  Over the years, he has worked as assistant project manager, project manager, senior project manager, assistant vice president, vice president and senior vice president.  Prior to joining Toll Brothers, he served as vice president of construction for another homebuilder.

Thirtyacre earned a diploma in computer programming at RETS Tech Center. He holds a real estate sales and a general contractor’s license in Florida.
